Moo Business Cards

by Clare Lancaster on November 13, 2008

I was having a rethink about spending $500 on 500 business cards this morning. I can think of plenty of other good ways to put $500 to use and considering I think it would use a lifetime to hand out 500 cards I was looking for an alternative.

I’d seen Moo’s Mini Cards on Flickr before and found a link to them again today. 50 cards printed and delivered for just over $50 AUD – that’s more like it! (I should say this, the best thing about these moo cards is that you can print a diff. image on each card if that floats your boat. I.e. if you’re a web designer you could have sets of examples of your work on the back)

There are two options – Matt Laminated or Recycled Paper – both full colour both sides. I haven’t ordered them yet as am still finalising which email/phone device thingo to go with and not sure about numbers changes etc etc.

Here’s an example from their site:

You can upload your own card designs or use their simple template designer to make them online.

I’ll definitely be ordering my cards from here. Moo Cards.

I guess it depends what kind of cards you’re after, but $500/500 $50/50 is an absolute ripoff!!

I use CMYKCards, I get 1000 cards, full colour/gloss laminate 1 side/b&w no laminate other side for $99 inc. delivery within Australia. Free rounded edges!

Best deal around IMO.

Yes that was why I mentioned the kind of card, because the choice to put different pictures on your cards is a wonderful option! Good luck!
